Tanjir has been instrumental in developing the Finance Magic™ technology platform and building the Ever North AR network — driven by a commitment to making high-quality regulated advice genuinely accessible to advisers at every stage of their career.

David Potton brings over 25 years of financial services compliance experience to Ever North. A fully qualified IFA with comprehensive qualifications across mortgages, protection, investments and pensions, David is an expert in FCA regulatory frameworks, Consumer Duty, SMCR (Senior Managers and Certification Regime), AR oversight and supervision. He designed and manages Ever North's complete compliance framework, Training & Competency scheme, file review process and annual compliance programme — bringing institutional-grade expertise to an accessible, adviser-focused network.
